Beethoven

Beethoven would like everyone to know that despite several meet and greets, he is STILL somehow unemployed as a full-time family dog. Frankly, he finds this shocking.

Beethoven is a 2 year old deaf pit mix who continues to be SO close to finding his forever family. Every meet and greet just confirms what we already knew… this dog is ridiculously lovable.
Things Beethoven enjoys:
• Meeting new people with the enthusiasm of someone winning the lottery
• Tug of war
• Chasing balls
• More balls
• Kids
• Existing at full volume until he burns off some excitement
Beethoven has done AMAZING with everyone he has met. He loves people so much that sometimes his body simply cannot contain his excitement, which means he may jump up to personally welcome you to the Beethoven Fan Club. The good news? Once he gets his energy out, he settles down nicely and just enjoys hanging out with his people.
He absolutely adored the kids he met and happily let them take toys right out of his mouth. However, during one meet and greet, Beethoven was a little too fascinated with the 7 month old baby. Not in a mean way at all… more in a “WAIT… is that a brand new squeaky toy?!” kind of way. Because of this, we think Beethoven would do best with kids around 8+ who can fully appreciate his goofy play style.
He also did wonderful with the female dog he met.
Poor Beethoven keeps getting this close to adoption and then one tiny detail makes it not quite the right fit. Nobody’s fault. He is truly SUCH a good dog. He just needs a family who understands that he comes with a big personality, a big head, and approximately zero understanding of personal space.
Somewhere out there is a home looking for a goofy, loving, toy-obsessed best friend. Beethoven is waiting patiently… well, as patiently as Beethoven can.

Say hello to Bella! Bella is a two year old pit mix looking for her forever home. She is a sweet girl who loves to play in the yard and go on walks. She does not react to the other dogs in the shelter, but would still require a meet and greet with your dog. She does not react to the cats in the shelter. Bella and Rose BONDED PAIR

You are truly not going to find anything sweeter than these two beautiful, bonded sisters — Bella and Rose. Just look at them! These girls are six years old GSP/English pointer mixes. Both are gentle, loving, and did we mention so sweet! .
If you’ve been waiting for a pair of dogs who will fill your home with love, loyalty, and calm companionship, Bella and Rose are it. Two hearts, one bond, and endless sweetness.

Belle

Meet Belle! We were told she may possibly be a Chinese Shar-Pei mix, but honestly we really are not sure — and whatever she is, she is absolutely adorable.

Belle came to us as a stray, so we do not know anything about her past, but we do know she is a very sweet girl. She gets along well with other dogs, did not mind our cats, and has done great with kids. She was a little unsure of dogs that were overly excited and right in her face at first, but she remained very sweet and appropriate.

At only 11 months old and around 35 pounds, Belle still has plenty of youthful energy and would make a great addition to most homes. She loves attention, enjoys playing, and is ready to start her next chapter with a family of her own.

Belle is a 3 year old spayed female looking for her forever home! She is not fond of other cats, especially females, and will need to be the only cat in her forever home. She swats at dogs if they get too close. She is sweet and loves attention but will need an adopter who understands she has boundaries and respect her space when she wants it. Belle would do best in a home without small children.

This sweet girl is Beth! They don’t come any sweeter then her! She is timid of new situations but is an absolute love bug!! She loves to be in the yard and get attention!!
