Our staff and volunteers want to send a HUGE thank you to everyone who has adopted a furry friend from us! Our adoption numbers have hit an all time high! We couldn’t have done it without those of you who have made the choice to change a life forever and give a shelter animal their much deserved forever home.

Bonnie
Bonnie the bulldog is definitely a staff favorite at the shelter. Our employee, Grant, is definitely her favorite person! Bonnie is ready for her forever home. She had been spayed and vaccinated. She also had mass cell tumors removed and this is her note from the vet:
Bonnie had mast cell tumors removed. These tumors can be low grade and with removal, some never come back. Her prognosis is good at this point. Bulldogs are very prone to these types of tumors. It is important that her new home understands that she will need continued monitoring for more growths that could occur.
Bonnie is estimated between 6-8 years old. She is extremely friendly! Loves people and food. She has been around the cats with no problems. She can be dog selective and we have seen her react when a dog reacts first. A meet and greet with your dog will be required.
She does have dry eyes and will need eye drops for life. Please research the breed and their health care needs especially with Bonnie being a senior bulldog.

Bonnie is a spayed 2-3 year old girl looking for her forever home! We think Bonnie would do best as a barn kitty, as she has been returned twice for not using her litter pan. She is a laid back girl.

Bookie is an absolute sweetheart. She was brought to our shelter in November with her puppies. All of her puppies have found their forever homes and now it is her turn! She is very loving, loves attention and has lower energy. She did previously live with dogs but a meet and greet would be required due to her reacting to some dogs in the shelter. Say hello to Boone. Boone is estimated to be around three years old. He is playful and likes to run in the yard. He does not react to the other dogs in our shelter, but we would require a meet and greet with your dog. Unsure on cats. He will need some room to burn off his energy and a refresher on potty training. He is a good boy and would love for you to come meet him soon!!

This handsome boy is Boone. Boone is a one year old possibly blood hound mix. Boone is a friendly guy. He was a trucker dog before arriving at the shelter. He likes everyone, but prefers men. He lived with children, dogs and cats before. He likes to play and will make a good companion. He will be getting neutered soon and vaccinated soon! Meet Bourbon

Bourbon is a two year old pit mix who absolutely loves attention!! He came in with his brother from a neglect case. His brother Whiskey was recently adopted and he would love his turn to show a family how much love he has to give. Bourbon can be a little shy at first, but once he trusts you he will be your constant shadow. He loves to play. He loves to snuggle. He would need to meet your dog before adoption. Bowie is a pit/heeler mix. He is around three years old. Bowie is a friendly guy but will need a job. He definitely has the heeler characteristics and is can be very nippy. No younger kids and someone who is experienced with his breeds and has the time to work with him. He likes to play with the toys in the yard. He does not react to the other dogs in the shelter.
