Freckles

Freckles is a small terrier mix. Approximately 3-4 years old. Freckles has a lot of energy and needs room to run. He will need an active family with no kids. When Freckles is bored he can become nippy. He does love to cuddle on the couch when he is all worn out. He would benefit greatly from obedience training and someone who will not give up on him. Frederick

Frederick is a hyper boy who is friendly, but does appear to have signs of anxiety. He reacts to our dogs in the kennel so he would need to be the only dog in the home or need to meet your dog before adoption. He will need someone who has the time and patience to dedicate to his training. No kids or older kids. He has not met any cats and he was a stray so we do not have any history on him. Fritz

Say hello to Fritz! Fritz is a 7 year schnauzer. Fritz has been diagnosed with a heart murmur and will need medication for this for the rest of his lifespan. Approximate cost of medication is $50-60 a month.  Fritz loves attention and is an outgoing, happy guy. A meet and greet with your dog would be required. He gets along with cats. He hasn’t been around kids much. Older kids would be best. He likes to be a lap dog. He is more independent in the yard. If you would like to meet Fritz please call or stop by the shelter. Meet Gabby! She was surrendered to us when her owner passed away. She is a very sweet girl who loves to be pet, give kisses, and roll around when she’s happy. She lived with other cats in her previous home so she’d probably get along with another cat in the house. Gabby is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations.

This big boy is Gandalf! He loves attention but can get overstimulated. He would do best in a quieter home with no young kids. He is estimated around four years old.
