Isaac is still waiting for someone to come see what a wonderful dog he is. Isaac has the best personality! He is always happy. He can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. Once he does he is your best friend. He loves to give hugs. He enjoys running in the yard and chewing on his toys on his dog bed. He really is the bestest boy! Say hello to Ivy. Ivy was abandoned at the dog park and is going to need a very patient adopter. She is very sweet once she warms up to you. A quiet home with no kids or older dog savvy kids would be best. Ivy is estimated around three years old and weighs 25 pounds. Ivy does fine with cats and does ok with dogs. She can play a little rough with other dogs so would need a dog that could match her play style. She would also do fine as the only dog. Ivy has a ton of potential and will make a wonderful companion for someone if they are willing to dedicate the time to her. If you would like to meet Ivy please stop by the shelter soon!

Jack
Jack is looking for a new forever home. He was adopted and they are absolutely devastated and heartbroken they had to return him. After several weeks he started being aggressive towards the senior male dog in the home.
He got along perfectly with the younger male dog and older female dog. The younger male dog and Jack played, wrestled and got along wonderfully. He loved being inside and snuggling. He loved attention and sleeping on the bed. He got along good with the grandkids. He ignored the cat.
They said he was loving, and a wonderful dog, but they need to keep their senior dog safe. We completely understand this and now are focused on finding him a new home!

Jager is an estimated 1-2 year old husky mix. He is a friendly, happy boy with lots of energy. He will need a home with older kids due to being a little nippy and jumping up on you. He is a smart boy, and would benefit from obedience classes. He does not react to the dogs in our kennel. He appears to be scared of them. He does not react to our cats in the shelter.
