Odin

Odin is a very high energy boy who could benefit from some obedience classes. Our guess is he is a German Shorthair Pointer/Lab mix. He is very friendly, sometimes a little too friendly and likes to jump to try to kiss your face. He is a very smart boy and is very trainable. Estimated around a year old. Loves to play and gets along with other dogs. He did not react to the cats, but did act like he wanted to play and chase them when they ran off. He will need a yard to burn off his energy! Olive is a shy, sassy girl looking for her forever home. She is going to need a patient adopter who will give her time to adjust. A quiet, calm home without small children would be ideal. She likes to roam around the shelter and find spots to claim as her own. She is not fond of being picked up. She will approach you when she wants attention. She gets along with the other cats, unsure on dogs.

PUPDATE: The puppies are 6 weeks old! They had their first set of vaccines today and are getting extremely active! We did a DNA test on Rooster and his results are below! We will be adopting these little guys out in a couple weeks. If you are interested you will need to put in an application for review.

With the Aussie/Heeler breeds please research their needs! They won’t do well in apartments. They will need stimulation and exercise. They will need training, time and dedication.
