Ozzy had fun walking in the Log Cabin Day’s Parade this morning! He was sociable with everyone and loves kids. Ozzy would love a forever home with a fenced in yard for his people to play with him. He is a three year old pit mix who does need to be the only dog. Unsure on cats. If you would like to meet Ozzy please stop by the shelter!

These three boys Ozzy, Cooper and Rocky, will be looking for their forever homes very soon! We want to start taking applications to try to get them out of the shelter as soon as possible! They are sweet and absolutely want all your attention! They will need training and continued socialization to ensure they grow up to be the best boys!! We believe there is some Aussie in there so please research the breed! They will need to come back to the shelter for booster vaccines and then to be neutered when age appropriate by our local vet so you must be willing to travel or live in a fairly close proximity.

Say hello to Ozzy! Ozzy came in as a semi-feral stray in August of 2023. The staff has spent a lot of time getting him more used to people and he has made tremendous progress! He loves attention but is not fond of being picked up. He will come to you when he wants loved on. Ozzy has been around other cats at the shelter and can be an occasional bully. Unsure on dogs. Say hello to Papi! Papi was found as a stray out at Lake Ahquabi and no owner was found. Papi is a 2 year old chihuahua mix, around 14 pounds. He is a friendly guy with a lot of energy. He will need a fenced in yard or taken out on leash. He definitely would go on an adventure if left unattended. Older kids would be best. Papi has reacted to some of our dogs and cats so he would need to meet your dog before adoption or be the only dog. We could see him chase a cat as well. Those eyes! Parca also known as Lobo is a friendly husky looking for his forever home. He gets along with other friendly dogs, cats and kids. He walks well on a leash. Estimated around 3-4 years old. He loves to get the zoomies in the yard. With his breed he would do best with an active family with a yard that will allow to him get his energy out.
