Milo
Meet Milo!
Milo is a 2-year-old Shih Tzu mix who’s as sweet as he is adorable! This little guy is housebroken, friendly, and loves getting attention from his people. He’s playful and fun, making him a great companion for a family.
Milo has done well with kids and even ignored the cats at the shelter, so he may do fine in a home with feline friends. When it comes to other dogs, Milo can be a little nervous — he’d probably be happiest with calm, gentle dogs closer to his own size (or as your one-and-only).
If you’re looking for a loyal, cuddly buddy who’s ready to brighten your days, Milo might just be the perfect match!

Minnie
🐾 Meet Minnie! 🐾
Minnie is a 3-year-old Pit/Bulldog mix and one of the absolute sweetest girls you’ll ever meet. She’s truly a staff favorite at the shelter thanks to her loving personality and adorable charm.
Minnie loves attention, snuggles, and of course… treats! She enjoys going for walks where she can sniff every smell along the way. Keeping her at a healthy weight will be important so she can stay happy and active.
She did okay with cats and doesn’t react to the dogs at the shelter, but a meet and greet with your dog will be required to make sure everyone gets along.
Now… let’s talk about Minnie’s quirks. We almost named her Tootie because this girl has no shame when it comes to passing gas or letting out a good burp. And if you’re a light sleeper, you might hear her snorting like a pig while she snoozes.
But hey — nobody’s perfect! Minnie more than makes up for it with her amazing personality, loving heart, and endless affection.

PUPDATE: The puppies are 6 weeks old! They had their first set of vaccines today and are getting extremely active! We did a DNA test on Rooster and his results are below! We will be adopting these little guys out in a couple weeks. If you are interested you will need to put in an application for review.
Appointments will only be made if your application is approved.
With the Aussie/Heeler breeds please research their needs! They won’t do well in apartments. They will need stimulation and exercise. They will need training, time and dedication.

This beautiful girl is Missy. She is a one year old lab mix. She’s a super sweet girl, she loves to run around the yard and gets the zoomies, but once she gets her energy out she will cuddle and give kisses. She knows how to play fetch. She is fearful of the other dogs in the kennel and reacts out of fear, but when she’s outside in the yard and there’s a dog on the other side of the fence she does fine. She appears to be potty trained as she keeps her kennel clean overnight. She is still young and has puppy behaviors. She can be a little nippy and jump on you.
