Can anyone be this guy’s hero? Taz was surrendered to us due to his caretaker passing away unexpectedly. Taz is a sweet 8 year old dachshund mix. He is a regulated diabetic and receives insulin twice a day. He will need checkups every 3-6 months. He will also need insulin and syringes purchased monthly. He has cataracts and is blind. Taz is very confused, but all and all is doing well considering. We would love to get this special needs boy in a home as quickly as possible. PUPDATE: The puppies are 6 weeks old! They had their first set of vaccines today and are getting extremely active! We did a DNA test on Rooster and his results are below! We will be adopting these little guys out in a couple weeks. If you are interested you will need to put in an application for review.

With the Aussie/Heeler breeds please research their needs! They won’t do well in apartments. They will need stimulation and exercise. They will need training, time and dedication.
